Enter your prescription information including sphere power, base curve, diameter, etc. and enter the quantity of lenses desired. Click on the “add to cart” button Double check the information in your shopping cart to ensure that it is correct Click the “checkout” button - you will be taken to our online order form, which is secured by Verisign. Choose the shipping method that you would like for your lenses from the drop down box provided Enter your name, address, telephone number, etc. on the appropriate lines. Check the "Billing Address is the Same" box if your credit card billing address is the same as the information you entered for your shipping address. When finished entering all the required fields (those in bold lettering), click the “continue” button Enter your billing information if it is different than your shipping information. Enter your payment information (credit card number, expiration, etc.) in the spaces provided. Also, enter any special comments or instructions in the box provided.
